❌ Return Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final, except in cases where: 

● You received the wrong item

● Your item arrived damaged or defective.

If this happens, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@zayabeauty.ca with:

● Your order number

● A photo of the product and packaging

● A short description of the issue

If eligible, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit.

Missing or Lost Packages.

If your order says “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

● Please double-check your mailbox, front door, or building manager

● Contact your local carrier with your tracking number

● If you still can’t locate it, email us — we’ll do our best to help

Note: ZAYA Beauty is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
