💅 1. How long do ZAYA lashes and nails last?
Our cluster lashes can last 7–14 days with proper prep and care — some customers even wear them for 2 full weeks!
Magnetic lashes are reusable for 20+ wears, and our press-on nails last 10-14 days when applied with ZAYA Nail Glue.

📦 2. When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on the “Track My Order” page.

🚚 3. How long does shipping take?
Canada: 2–5 business days
USA: 5–10 business days
Note: Shipping times may be slightly longer during sales or holiday periods.

❌ 4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, all sales are final.
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

💳 5. Do you offer refunds or store credit?
We don’t offer refunds, but eligible issues (wrong or defective items) may qualify for store credit or a replacement.

🧴 6. Are your products safe to use?
Yes! All ZAYA products are made with safe, cruelty-free, and tested ingredients.
Our lip plumper uses a gentle formula that supports natural fullness without needles.

🌍 8. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within Canada and the United States.
